The Brain Reserve Index, also referred to as the BRI, is designed to help participants better understand
factors that may relate to brain health, lifestyle, physical activity, diet, and overall reserve capacity.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you provide while completing the BRI survey.
Information We Collect
When you complete the BRI survey, we may collect information such as your name, email address,
demographic information, medical history responses, physical activity habits, lifestyle history,
dietary patterns, vitamin or supplement use, and survey scores.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to provide access to the BRI survey, calculate your BRI scores,
generate your BRI guide, improve the survey experience, and support research or reporting activities
when appropriate.
Health and Medical Information
The BRI is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace advice from a physician or qualified healthcare provider.
Survey responses and scores are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

De-Identified Information
Survey responses may be combined with responses from other participants and de-identified for analysis,
reporting, research, or program improvement. De-identified information does not directly identify you.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate information
to the best of your knowledge.
